RATE
$150 per 45-minute session

INSURANCE
I am an in-network provider for Aetna insurance plans. If I am out-of-network and you wish to complete a claim for reimbursement from your insurance company I am more than happy to provide a statement ("super bill") for your submission.

REDUCED FEE
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. If concerned about paying my full fee please ask and we can discuss options.

PAYMENT
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Most health spending accounts consider psychotherapy an approved expense.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
